test cycle, help

Im going to start a 10 week cycle using test and deca . im going to be doing 500mg of each a week which is a 1,000mg all together. i was wondering if thats going to be good enough or dangerous, and if i need some estragen blocker?

of course stats, goals, age, diet, etc are needed to give the best advice but you should run the deca for at least 12 weeks and lower the deca dosage to 400mg per week IMO and run the test at least one week after last deca shot

as far as a estrogen blocker with that cylce I would recommend not to use the ever so common novla (due to gyno issues) and to use adex or letro...

^^^^^^^^^^ ditto..... u always wanna run a higher dose of test than of deca .. trust me on that, if u want ur "pp" to function properly that is lolol

whats ur stats? prior cycles? workout n diet routine??

Is this a first cycle. If so, I would go with the test only.

THAT DEPENDS ON YOUR PRIOR EXPERIENCE, AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU'RE PRONE.
