    1st cycle test e

    can u tell me roughly (i know theres no magic number) of how much im gonna gain and also keep on this test e 1st cycle .

    Test e 12 weeks 400mgsEW .

    possibly front loading d-bols 25mg/ed for 1st 4 weeks -possibly

    pct is nolva 3 weeks after last shot 40mg/ed days1-14 then 20mg/ed days 15-30

    stats are 27yrs old , 6ft, 20%bf, 90kgs, good diet

    im on the same cycle now, just taking 40 mg dbol , and 500 mgs of test

    so far, in three weeks, i have gained a solid 7 lbs.....your future gains depend on your diet, how much you are eating, and at what time you are eating what foods....skys the limit!

    nolva alone for a pct is a poor choice, throw in an AI such as aromasin .

    your gains will be diet dependant. what are your goals? bulking im assuming?

    diet is key. I spent a few months tweaking my diet before i started cycling

    Approximately 13.2571lbs.

    There's really no way to gauge such a stat, as stated earlier it depends on your diet (both overall caloric and protein intake), but I'd add to that your lifting regimen (frequency, volume and intensity), as well as your amount of rest/recovery.

    depends on your diet focus 50% protein 40% carbs and the rest fruits and dairy products worked for me. i mixed protein powder with almost everything pancakes/muffins/ people would have coke with meal i had protein shakes just fill up the body with high calories if your bulking
