HGH Jintropin Real of Fake packing question

Hi I am very new but just picked up some jintropin from GenLei (10iu/vialx10) looks like what ive seen on here only with some variations the bottles are packed in styrofoam and the label has no fibers in it at all But the box is the same and the yellow top bottles look the same as the boxes that had the fibers in it. Please help is this fake, are there kits out there that don't have the fibers in it???
