Well I am starting a cut and have some t-4 from awhile ago and decided to use it up. If I ran 50mcg of t-4 the equivilent to 12.5mcg of t-3 would that assist my thyroid instead of shutting it down? Also what is the half life of t-4?

This is not cut and dried question even though administration is daily.
T4 is a supportive hormone, and therefore has a half-life largely contingent upon the user's condition.
So there is the possibility of substantial variance, depending upon where your particular levels fall:

4.THYROID HORMONE PRODUCTION, HALF-LIFE AND BINDING TO
PLASMA PROTEINS:
...In euthyroid subjects, T4 has a half-life of 6-7 days; in hypothyroid patients, it is 9-10 days and in hyperthyroid patients, it is 3-4 days.

Ok, so should i go by results, I am not on aas so I dont want to go extreme just something that will give me a little matabolic boost.
