I am thinking about starting clen when I start my pct. The profile says to watch my bp while on it. I usually hit the cardio hard after the weights. Do I need to do mild cardio to keep my bp low? Is running clen and pct at the same time a bad idea?

Not too sure about Clen and PCT together, I ran a PCT with Clomid and Clen, got flamed for it, didn't do enough research. I'd run PCT, save the Clen for after.

Some people say they run clen during PCT so they can continue eating the way they did on the cycle. If I recall correctly, you are doing a 10 week test e cycle.

I personally would not use clen during the PCT (since this is your first cycle I believe). I'd rather cut my calories by 25% and save the clen for a cutting cycle. Your blood pressure will go up, but it's hard to say by how much. It varies from person to person.

2) Clen can be taken anytime on/off cycle, pct, prime...anytime. It will always help and never hinder gains or caloric intake, it simply doesn't work that way.

III) Unless your bp is already a problem, you'll be fine. However, if you feel faint or otherwise woozy then take precautionary measures as necessary.

B . Thanks, my thought was that post cycle it would help me both cut and maintain gains because the articles said it reduces catabolic muscle loss on reduced cal diet.
