Hey Watsup Guy I'm Currently Doing A Deca/sust Cycle Its The End Of The 4th Week My Diet Is Good Eating Kinda Alot A Day Have Alot Of Protein Shakes Working Out Hard Everyday And My Strength Went Up A Good Amount Gained About 10-15lb But I Really Don't See Those 10-15lbs On Me My Chest Looks Better But My Arms Are Like The Same And Its Not Fat. I Don't Get It So My Question To You GUYS Is When Am I Gonna See SOME NOTICABLE Muscle Gains I Did Alot Of Research For This Cycle And I Understand Deca/sust Take 4-5 Weeks To Kick In So Maybe The Gains Are Gonna Happen Soon?
