Newbie Deca/sust Cycle 18 Years Old
Deca 400mg/week for 8 weeks
Sust 500mg/week for 10 weeks
Split Into 2 Shots One Monday And Another Thursday

Hey Watsup Guy I'm Currently Doing A Deca/sust Cycle Its The End Of The 4th Week My Diet Is Good Eating Kinda Alot A Day Have Alot Of Protein Shakes Working Out Hard Everyday And My Strength Went Up A Good Amount Gained About 10-15lb But I Really Don't See Those 10-15lbs On Me My Chest Looks Better But My Arms Are Like The Same And Its Not Fat. I Don't Get It So My Question To You GUYS Is When Am I Gonna See SOME NOTICABLE Muscle Gains I Did Alot Of Research For This Cycle And I Understand Deca/sust Take 4-5 Weeks To Kick In So Maybe The Gains Are Gonna Happen Soon?Last edited by juiceboxx226; 03-01-2008 at 04:37 PM. dont expect to get massive off just one first cycle but 10-15 pound isnt bad after 4 weeks u still got another 6 weeks on so good luck and make sure u get a good pct.

u said it urself it take 4-5 weeks to kick in not to give you peak gains, patience buddy
but patience is obiviously something you dont have if you started a cycle at age of 18.........IMO thats stupid, but either way good luck, keep us posted

and u think ur diet is good but go ahead and post it in the diet forum guranteed someone will find something that you need to change
Also you said you have ALOT of protein shakes, thats NOT good

He's on like week 4 bro! too late now, what he needs is advice now, not wait till your older.
A lot of guys prefer sust eod, but its not mandatory, but most do it that way IMO. You'll never see the results when you look in the mirror bro! Take pics before and after, you'll be shocked. Trust me, you can't seem em urself. Make sure you have a good PCT set up, and in ur next life, wait till ur atleast 21!! LOL

best way sus works for me personaly is 250mg monday 250mg friday, then if u wana step it up to 750mg a week throw one in on the wednesday, everybodys body is diff its bout findin wat suits u best but keep on this site theres lots of good advise, good luck and keep us posted

Protein shakes are shit, I have them as a treat after my workouts..... So how much real food are you eating? I doubt you needed roids at you age man. What you have gained so far anyway is not bad at all. Up your quality food intake, keep the weights up and get lots of sleep. Drink lots of water too..... and for ****s sake make sure you got a PCT lined up or you loose all your gains for starters...

thanks everyone for your advice and sorry for typing like that the cap lock was on lol but your right Aaron you can't see the results in the mirror and no i'm not replacing protein shakes for meal i have 3 a day and its also a treat for me but my diet looks something like this i read in a muscle mag that eating 2 breakfests is a really good thing and i'll make you or break you so morning breakfest 1 i have a protein shake and a bannana 45min later 2nd breakfest i have 3 eggs and 2 packets of oatmeal then i have a fruit bar or something to keep my metabolism going 2 hours later then i have lunch witch is a turkey and swiss sandwitch on whole grain bread with an apple or something then 2 hours later another shake then another 2 hours later i workout right after workout another shake then dinner 2 hours after that chicken breast then some almonds beforee bed i heard was really good

dude youre not eating nearly enough, how the F**K do you expect to notice any results? the amount youre eating is good for someone who weighs 75lbs yeah thats right 75lbs.
you need 1.5g to 2g of protein per each pound of LBM
you need more carbs
cut the shakes down to 2
eat big to get big
do some research man, UP YOUR DIET NOW

trust me bro it dosnt work better for anyone shot twice a week. you want your blood levels to be as stead as possible so you get best gains with least sides and that will only happen with ed or eod injections. of course you can inject it twice a week and still grow but your results wont be better then if shot eod

Read petro's response. I have personally shot sust in every conceivable schedule, and although there is little difference in gains, sides are GREATLY reduced when shot eod. Unstable blood levels are what causes sides such as acne, by following an injection protocol to allow more stable levels sides can be greatly reduced or eliminated.

Great diet man, all you need to add really are donuts and about 5 or 6 Twinkies before you go to sleep. If water is too much hassle make a big batch of cool aid to have on hand. Also, the latest research is showing how animals naturally have the ability to reabsorb nutrients from their food taking in the maximum benefits. Dog's commonly do it by eating their own shit.

you have no proper diet thought out and you are in week 4 of a cycle at 18yrs of age. Not good. You will never get results like this. Diet is everything. It is the basis on which muscles are built. No ammount of gear can make up for it.
