    First Time User (deca)

    I weight about 135 and have been working out for a little over a year. I have developed lots of insight on Lifting, Eating, And just normal training. i decided that it was time to put on some serious gains so i bought some Deca from a friend. He told me to Inject .5cc for the first 5 weeks and 1cc for the remainging 5 weeks. He said there was no need to take anything or stack anything with deca. i have read tons on the internet that you MUST stack some kind of test with deca.. in my case is test needed?

    In your case, no steroids is the answer. Diet is. Go check out the diet forum.

    19 in 2 weeks and im 5'11.. i have real skinny background..i have tried tons to gain weight and nothing seems to do it for me. i have increased the weight i can lift greatly from a year ago. but i look like the same kid no size or anything maybe a little more cut.

    Again, go check out the diet forum, great info there. And you are too young to start steroids imo.

    i take in about 4000 calories a day with tons of protien. when i get on deca i was planning on going very strict low sodium diet. buy my own chicken breast and cook them up daily. right now i eat widly to try and put weight on so lots of fast foods 4-5 times a day. when i start my cycle i was planning on no more fast foods and stick to good healthy food from home. i normally take cyto gainer at night to help put in some calories..

    5'11" and 135? You do NOT take in 4000 calories a day.
    List your diet in detail with macros please if you want help.

    i have an incrediblely fast metabolism. i am the biggest person in my family i can eat all day and it is very difficult to put on anything. I normally wake up around 10 eat oatmeal/eggs and then frequently eat 3 or 4 more meals througout the day. the meals might be high in fats because most of them come from fast foods, and then i top it all off with cyto gainer right before bed.

    so SHould i Stack some test with the deca or just run the deca alone?

    In no means at 135 pounds should you be considering any type of steroids. You really need to list your 4000 calorie a day diet, because I find it extremely hard to believe that you eat that much a day and you're only 135.
    That all aside, at 19, most (including myself) would say that you're far too young yet for juice.

    The bold alone is very, very wrong. You're getting most of your intake from fast food? Three to four meals is not enough either. You really should strive for 7-8. I'm sorry, this again says that you really need to do alot more research and learn how to diet before you consider any type of gear.
