DBol question

k im front loading my sus/deca cycle with some dbol ...50mg/day
just wondering...i know that your supposed to spread it out throughout the day...but am i correct in believing that your not supposed to take it too close to before i go to bed...like im taking my last pill between 6-7 is that alright or should i be taking one later. i take my first pill at 6:30AM.

Yes split the dose up through the day. You can take it before bed, why would you think you can't?

yea bro it dosnt matter when you take it. spread it throughout the day and you'll be fine if you take it a minute before bed

i just heard that it can keep you up...so is the way i have it set up now no good? spread out over 12 hours 6:30AM-7PM....saying i should take one even later?

im taking 1 half 25mg 4 times a day...what would be your recomended times if i take my first at 630AM

also i work out at night...like starting between 8-9PM thats why i spread it out to get one in bout hour before working out
