Ok so ive read in a few places now that you shouldnt drop a tab of DBol to close to before bed cause it can keep you up...
but in one of my other threads people are telling me its ok to take it right before bed...just want to clairify

the drug will have most of its "effect" alittle while after you take it, due to its half life, so you'd wanna take it b4 ur workout
How much are you taking per day and for how long?
Your best results are if you split it throughout the day. I.E. if you are taking 40 mg ed take a pill every 4-5 hours. I know someone will say "what about sleep" well take one just before bed and right when you get up and split it the rest of the day.
I would say split d-bol twice a day every 12 hours Morning and then night. say if You had 10-25mg tabs i would take 10mg every 6-12 hours to wear some people say 4 hours which is way too ofeten
you grow the most when your resting.. so (applying common sense) it would only seem ideal to take it before a long period of fasting.
My mentor says dont take it before bed because that makes it more suppressive. You produce your nat test in the first few hours of sleep so you want your test as low as possible at that point that way your nuts will want to make more. Sounds retarded, but look it up. I'd do one in the morning and one b4 the workout. I'm no pro tho.
you don't build muscle while you are in the gym so that method wouldn't make any sence. Taking it while at rest during the day and before you go to sleep would have a greater effect on protien synthesis
At the doses you should be taking DBol and the other compounds you should be running along side it (test...) your worries aren't with suppression...this will happen anyway
Take it evenly spaced throughout the day for the best effect
very true the funny thing about d-bol is what type of tabs u got.. theres 2.5 5 10 25.. it all depends on how much your taking to space it out proper say if your taking multiple times you couldnt properly space thoughout the day 6 times day having 10mg tabs... if you were taking 20mg ED
im taking 2 25mg a day split in half spread through out the day...just wanted to make sure i can take before bed so i can pread them out better
yea i make sure i take 10mgs right before bed and another 10 when i wake up
taking 15mg at the mo till i get more and be going up to 35mg and split it up into:-
7.30am - as soon as i get up
12:00/13:00pm - with a meal
21:30/22:00pm - with last meal before bed,
feel that its best to take just before bed because of the high life of dbol and doesnt allow the levels to drop to much during the night for when i wake up, i havent had any probs with sleeping so far.
Are you taking anything else besides Dbol?
I guess its just up to the user, I've heard of taking all mg at once and splitting it up, splitting it up makes more sense to me.

i personaly take it morning and evening..
see i hear so much of both that on my 1st dbol only cycle i took them b4 my workout for 2 weeks and the other 2 weeks i spit them up through out the day just to see which i felt was better! taking them b4 my workout increased my strength threw the roof and i was beastin the weights around. i noticed when i split them up i found myself more restless, but still had steady gains.
btw with orals is it better to have tablet/capsule before you eat then followed by food after you eat
It kept me up at night as well and I had to increase the dosing hours from 4 to 8 my heart was hurting too bad.
