did 500mg testE 2ml and 400 deca 2ml test in one shoulder deca in other and have some pain. nothing major but its just just really sore to sleep on. its not red or inflamed its just a really bad stinging and it worse since i worked out shoulders. this normal. its also my first shoulder shot

yes it is normal bro especially since you shot a good bit and it was your first time. it wont hurt as bad the next time and eventually it wont really hurt at all

virgin muscles are a b*tch,, it will go away and in time you wont get those pains no more when you inject

You shot 2mls of oil into muscle that is not used to it which is stretcing your connective tissue and making you uncomfortable. Youll get used to it.

I prefer injecting into the glutes. shoulders tend to pain up after injections

2mls is quite a bit for delts too... i usually save the big injects for the glutes and the smaller ones for the delts.

there is some truth behind this kind of. in most medical books or informational material you will read about IM injections related to absorbtion the glutes can take about 3 ml the quads 2 ml and pretty much all other injection sites are listed as 1ml. now if you have big enough delts you can get away with 2. i shoot 2 all the time but i often question whether or not i am getting the absorbtion i should be. so maybe if you are injecting 2 ml try glutes or quads if for no other reason than the absorbtion rate, and maybe pain. hope this helps. oh and i never have any pain in my delts...

yah i never have pain in my delts either...i right now im doing 400mg deca+166mg sus, into my butt on mondays...then 166mg sus in one delt wednesday and the other saturday morning...changes cheeks next week
