I'll start off with my stats. 28yrs, 5'10, 182lbs, body fat unsure but have six pack. I am training for an upcoming event this summer for strength, speed and stamina. The competition entales running up a 60ft tower, 6 flights of 10 stairs with a 42lb pack over your shoulder, then at the top reach over the rail and pull up hand over hand a 45lb weight attached to a rope, then run down to the bottom and jump on a machine that u hit a 165lb beam with a 8lb shot mallet back 4ft, then run 175ft in a zig zag motion around hydrants, then pick up a charged 1.75" hoseline and run with it 75ft open the nozzle and hit a target, then pick up a 175lb dumby and pull him backwards 100ft with no rest inbetween stations. I have been training hard with intervals and weights. What's a good cycle for a race like this?
