Had rotator cuff Feb 7. Been working out legs and lungs and I start PT today. I'm guessing by end May I might be able to start lifting. I'm looking to build up my muscle as fast as possible without packing on too much stressfull gain onto the shoulder. I want to run a short cycle, get back some muscle then in the late fall start bulking again.
suggestions? Low does of deca/test/npp/mast?
