Hey guys i know a bunch of you out there are very knowledgable about this topic and i don't really know who to talk to about this where i am so i hope someone can help me.
I'm 19 years old, 5'10, 140lbs, and have been working out for 4 years (3 years serious). I haven't been able to gain more than 10 pounds (up to 140) of mass, mostly muscle, and i am completely frusterated. I know 1 trainer in my gym who will supply if needed. I'm tired of this bullshit and i want to take sterioids and i need your help. I doubt that this trainer guy i mentioned knows a whole lot about the subject because the only thing he suggested was d-bol. Should i take d-bol with Nolvadex to avoid Gynocomastia? Should i take Sustanon? Is the steroid cycle list given from this website (http://www.steroid.com/steroid_cycles.php) a legit and good one to follow exactly? I want to gain serious mass and musle. I've already got a very lean foundation to begin from. I also know that eating according to your goals is a key factor and am looking to find a set diet table to help me focus and concentrate to stay on course in order to eat right. That being said, is the diet table from this site (http://www.steroid.com/diet.php) also a legit and good model for me to use?
Also, i know this is a lot to ask of anyone, but if someone out there hsasn't got anything to do or just has a lot of time on their hands.. how much of each pill should i take a day and at what times and for how long. How long should the inbetween cycle times be and what should i be doing or taking during those times?
