help with weight loss!
at the moment i currently weigh 19st mostly fat,although i am not totally out of hsape i am looking to shed some serious weight. Monday evening i started my new training plan in order to lose around 2-2.5 stone by the summer.
i am going to train 4-5 times a week for roughly 60 minutes of intense c.v workout ranging from cross trainer to rowing machine,trying to vary my training to prevent boredom.
i intend to wear a sweat suit during my training and a sweat belt around my waist.
after my 1st initial 2 weeks of training....i want to begin hgf course having 4iu a day 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon along with that i will have a t5 each morning and another a hour before training and also 2 clenbutrol every other day.
i was just wondering whether anyone can give me some feedback to let me know if this training plan will work for me.

what is t-5 and hgf? do you mean hgh?
