letro and other AI/SERMs for gyno are effective mostly for combatting situational gear-related gyno... For long standing puffy nips since puberty (like me) , it's more unlikely (although not impossible) that any AI/SERM would work to permanently eradicate it... trust me, I know from first hand experience
