stats? whats your PCT? why dont you have any test in with this? you will regret it otherwise.
deca needs to be at least 10weeks and run with test, as this is your first cycle think about running just a test cycle and read up a lot more on this first.

yea bro im not suggesting anything without knowing your stats but deca should usually be run with test and for at least 10-12 weeks. also 200mgs of deca is to low to have any results

bro your cycle sucks, if you are worryed of taking to much keep it simple,
week 1-10 400 deca
week 1-12 200 sus
17 days after last sus jab start p.c.t . and yes 200mg of sus a week is enough ,as long as you are replacing your test levels that the deca wipes out.

he should look at his diet before useing any aas as he is only 155lbs


if he is going ahead with his cycle he should foget about deca and go with test e/c at 400/500 mgs every week for 10-12 weeks.

and look in the pct and diet forum..
