Anavar for cutting?
I have been reading some articles concerning anavar as a weight loss supplement. The article said doses as small as 20mg a day can cause some promising weight loss results. I am looking to loose some BF and have to be careful at work about obvious steroid use . I know it is not a very strong, just looking for a little helper.
Any opinions as to the effectiveness of this thinking?

Anavar is not going to give your steroid use away....that is a guarantee.

agreed 60-80mgs ed. Don't worry you will not look like Arnold by the end of a var cycle.

I am 45, 6’2” about 255. BF is kind of high. I am lifting on a 4 day split. I have been seeing some gains but mid section is not cooperating. My diet is pretty clean. I have to up cardio but just looking for something to give me a little edge. At my age, I am not concerned with looking huge, I just want to be lean and a little cut. I have spent the last month looking and researching different options and it really becomes mind numbing after a while trying to figure out what will work and what wont. Seems that some gear cost less then OTC items. I just do not want to waste my time and money on something that will not work. I believe I have found a reputable source for gear and wanted to see if anything was doable.

20 mgs might cause decrease in bf for women, men should run 50-80. You won't gain much and it will help cut you up if your diet is in check

That’s all I am really looking for, something to help cut up. My bad on the weight loss, it was BF reduction that it was quoted for. I read it on the profile section.

cutting primarily depends on diet. ANAVAR will give you nice strength and harden physique

For weight loss 60-80mg way too much, Anavar at doses over 40mg causes alot of cramping.

I think either the article was in error, or he have misread, misunderstood, or misquoted it. No anabolic steroid , under any circumstances (exercise or not, diet or not, lifting or not) promotes weight loss. They are specifically designed to do the very opposite, though as stated they can and do reduce bf (some more than others).

Who does it cause alot of cramping in??? Not me...not any cramping infact.
For straight weightloss Anavar ...period is a poor choice, Lipo6 is even a better option. If you are going to use it for any reson, you may as well get some results from it.

With all the hype of weight loss products it is so difficult to find something that does in fact work and not throw money at poor performing products. I know I am prone to some of the side effects associated with stimulant based weight loss products and hate to feel like that. My thought was to find something that would aid in BF reduction, harden the muscles up a little, and not make me feel like crap. I was reading thru the profile section and anavar was suggested to aid in BF reduction. I realize cardio and diet are the most important factors but I am thinking a little edge would not hurt.
