watsup guys i'm currently on a deca/sust 400/500mgs per week bulk cycle its my 5th week and everything it going good up 15 pounds getting big my my strength is going up like crazy and i'm eating alot good food good diet change it from my old diet witch i put up and it wassent good my question i'm worried about putting on fat or alot of fat i just want i sixpack and just lean muscle like everyone lol can you please tell me what i should do like cardio but i heard if you do intense cardio it interfers with your muscle growth so thats not good but i also heard to walk on incline on the tredmill and its good cardio and it doesn't interfere with your muscle groth is this true? SHould i eat less but that would interfere with my muscle growth? Should i do abs alot and cardio? please help its a tricky situation lol
