hi ima first timer ive got my gear just got to organise some pct before i start.
so heres the lowdown im 6'1 21yr about 18 % bf benn traning for years but seriously for last two years especially with the big 3 lifts (what can i say i love my bp, dl and ofcourse squatting).
so far my cycle is sus at 500mg/wk with two injs.
and deca at 200mg/wk with two injs. but will bump that up to 400mg halfway through my cycle. my diet going to be aiming for 3500 cals. you guys think thats alright? plenty of wholemeal turkey sandwichs. also a quick q some people on this forum make no mention of cardio me when i workout i usually start and finish EVERY workout with cardio. also any tips will be appreciated
