testicular shrinkage?
Just had a question for anyone that could answer..can testicular shrinkage/lack thereof be used as a gauge to determine how quickly your test production will recover post-cycle? I just started PCT for my first cycle..(8 weeks Test Enanthate 500mg/week 40mg d-bol ED weeks 1-3) I began clomid/nolvadex PCT yesterday, 2 weeks after last injection. I'm feeling pretty good right now.. put on 26 pounds with no gain in fat during cycle, which is even more than I'd hoped for. I'm going to do everything in my power to hang on to as much as possible during my off-time. I'm going to be off for 7 weeks, then begin cycle 2, 10-12 weeks sustanon /deca /possibly d-bol at the beginning..anyway, I'm wondering if the fact that I've noticed no testicular shrinkage and minimal side effects of any kind(except water bloat) during cycle means that my test levels will rebound quickly and help me keep my gains?

i dont think thats a way to measure it only way to really know is blood work. how was your diet by the way 26 lbs is a nice amount, also i think you should stay off for a lil longer then 7 wks

Just curious, but why did you do an 8 week cycle of test e? Did someone tell you to run a short cycle with that, because if they did, slap them.

Also, you should probably wait longer to start your next cycle. Time on, then pct, then same time off that you cycled for is usually a good safe way to let your body get back to normal functions.

blood work is the only real way of determining how shut down you are, some guys dont even experience testicular shrinkage on cycle.

Some people dont notice any shrinkage it after the cycle is over and natural test is beginning.

As far as my diet...i ate an incredible amount..I only loosely counted calories but I would say I averaged at least 6,000 per day. Whole milk, whole eggs, peanut butter, all that good stuff..I retained subcutaneous water quite heavily for a couple weeks, but really put on minimal or no fat. I am 23 years old, 5'6" started the cycle at a lean 150, probably at around 6-7% bodyfat and am now at a lean 176..8.8% bodyfat as of yesterday. So yeah, I'm very pleased with my results, especially from such a short and simple cycle. And yes, I ran Test E for 8 weeks...should it have been longer? Oh yeah...and another question if I can sneak it in...I want to run Clen for 3 weeks following my PCT because of its anti-catabolic properties and may help me hold my gains. Since I'm lean right now I'm worried about losing muscle mass with a cutting agent like Clen. Should I run it or not?

the anti catabolic effects of clen are highly overstated and misunderstood.
in order to experience any muscle saving effects you would need to take a dose of clen that is potentially lethal. the anticatabolic effect only begins at 6 weeks of clen usage at the previously mentioned massive dose.
i wouldnt bother with it.
