Ok my needle reads in ml's .. .i know i would load up the needle at 1ml ..if i was taken my shot ..at 250mg .. how much would i load up (how many ml's) would it be if i was shooting 200mg?

.8ml out of a 250mg/ml solution will give you 200mg

my vial says 250mg/ml ..10 ml ..does that mean there is 2500 in one vial? seems alot to be in this small vial .

yes, 2500mg would be in that vial if it's 250mg/ml 10ml

yes 250 mg per ml and if the bottle is 10 ml. you have 250 x10 which would be 2500 mg like you stated.

What Dizz said is correct. It's just simple math. Fill the syringe to .8 and you're good to go.
