if you begin to show signs of gyno, you take anti-e's. If not, you will get gyno... a set of a-cups!!! It would be in your best interest to take an anti-e if you show signs of gyno. Unless you are trying to grow a set of tits....

The bottom line is when you supplement test, you need to at least have an anti-e on hand. If you are worried about gyno, take 0.25mg of arimidex throughout your cycle. That will also minimize water retention.

hey man didnt mean to make you mad just sayin the same thing that Art is saying that you should have them on hand just in case you start to have any symptoms some people are more proned to gyno than others is what i have learned from some off our bros on here and some buds in the gym. just sayin that you never want to start a cycle without the anti-e's cause there is always that chance sorry if i offended you no hard feelings bro.

I doubt you would get gyno from the low dose of deca he is thinking of taking... but you never know. I'd be more worried about the test.

Bro, like they said, just get nolva, it's not that expensive, and chances are, you will never even have to use it. It will probably sit in its blister and go bad before you ever have to take em out, but just get em, be safe and grow.
