I found a small lump that is on my left side of my 2nd rib from the bottom, it doesn't hurt and its 5 inchs bellow my chest so its not gyno has anyone had this before?

Id get it checked out by a doctor bro, have them run some scans, tests, etc.
No one here could tell you what it is.
Could be a cyst, tumor(cancerous or non cancerous), or just an abnormal growth.
