Cycle
Hi i have read all the introduction info (cycles etc.)
I am looking for slow gains and ripping (solid without swelling)
5'8'' tall
73 kg weight
small build
I was thinking of takin anavar or primobolan without anything else for 10-12 weeks??
Will I see muscle gains?
Been working out for nearly 2 years
Initially 3 times per wk.
This wk started to work out 6 days per week.
30 min to failure each session (1 muscle group at a time) + cardio each night
Excellent diet, constructed for routine.
I want to gain more permanent muscle without severe bulking.
(Tried Dbol and test E in first cycle, 12 months ago - huge gains but lost it quickly)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

If you lost all gains quickly from you last cycle, then your diet wasn't up to par (did you do pct?). If you can't gain past 160lbs at 5' "8, chances are your diet still sucks.
Try posting your diet up in the diets forums. Plenty of people there who will help tweak it for you.

what length was your first cycle. how much test-e were you taking per week, and like njord said, how did your PCT go. severe bulking. don't you mean severe bloating? severe bulk is ronnie coleman. severely awesome.

Apologies, I ment bloating.
My first cycle contained:
Dbol for first 4 weeks
Test E 500mg / wk for 10 weeks
PCT Nolva / A-dex (Only got two weeks PCT - Car was stolen with shit in it and took too long for next delivery to Ireland)
I know the PCT was my biggest downfall. Lost evrything quickly and got severe back acne. (Nightmare)
Anyway have been working hard lately and am currently following the diet below.
Diet
Morning - Porridge + fruit
2 hours later - Protein shake
2 hours later - breast of chicken, cup of rice, green veg.
3 hrs later - fruit + water
2hrs later - wholemeal + peanut butter + creatine + EPH
30min - 1hr later - Gym
After gym - Protein shake + gluc
2 hrs later - fish + green veg
I was thinking that if I used 250 mg per week Test E and Anavar 50mg/day together for say for 10- 12 weeks with well planned PCT (Stored Properly this time), I might get the results I am looking for.
Sorry for being a dumb ass, but most of the on-line documentation is hard to follow hence my proposed cycle. Feel free to shoot me down if this is way off.

IMO, your biggest meal should be PWO, looks like you eat most of your food before you hit the gym, look at the diet forum some more, your diet is healthy, but needs some work!

???? Do you think my previous PCT mishap caused the acne (What else could i take to reduce the risk of acne again?
ALL info is greatly appreciated. I want to take my time and ensure this cycle is exactly what I am looking for (NO MISTAKES this time)

Not having a proper pct will make you take longer to recover your natural Test production and that could have easily been the cause or atleast partially thte cause of the acne. Agressive pct is worth the money and effort to hold onto gains and prevent crashing.

Do you think my proposed cycle is OK or should I reduce the intake of Anavar in the first two- three weeks.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Anavar and Test would be a good combo for gaining lean muscle but I think you may be better off to use a little more test, maybe liek 500mg/week and keep the anavar dose steady.
