Hi i have read all the introduction info (cycles etc.)
I am looking for slow gains and ripping (solid without swelling)
5'8'' tall
73 kg weight
small build
I was thinking of takin anavar or primobolan without anything else for 10-12 weeks??
Will I see muscle gains?
Been working out for nearly 2 years
Initially 3 times per wk.
This wk started to work out 6 days per week.
30 min to failure each session (1 muscle group at a time) + cardio each night
Excellent diet, constructed for routine.
I want to gain more permanent muscle without severe bulking.
(Tried Dbol and test E in first cycle, 12 months ago - huge gains but lost it quickly)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
