Hello all,
I am new here and this is my first post so hello!
I am 150pounds at around 6% fat. I seem to have very good genetics as i have a hard looking lean body. Problem is gaining weight.
I was thinking of doing a cycle. Does anyone have any reccomendations for something relatively safe and with which i can KEEP my gains after (and will my natural Testosterone levels go back to normall completaly?)?
I was thinking about Deca but i hear that ruins your natural Testosterone levels so i guess that a few months down the line i will end up worse off?
Dianabol is nice but i was something that can make me look really ripped as well...
Any reccomendations?

A simple cycle for beginners would look like this:
weeks:
1-12 Test E 500mg/week split into 2 injects
1-4 dbol Kickstart 40-50mg ed spaced through out the day
PCT:
4 weeks
Nolvadex , Clomid, Aromasin or arimidex (ldex)
You need to up your calories alot to gain weight most people think they are eating enough but never are. On cycle to get bigger you need to eat 4-5000 cals a day with tons of protein. You need to get your diet in check before you start cycling. How tall are you? how old?

yeah man... 50mg a day of dbol is way too much. and at 150lbs you should really be looking at other alternatives to putting on good muscle as opposed to the juice... like proper diet and training

I did 50mg ed on my first cycle. It wasnt too bad I guess but I am a little bigger than him.... 6'2.5" 252lbs. I guess thats true though maybe something more like 20-30mg ed would be better.

30mg would be plenty for a first cycle.
Now lets get some stats on you, Age, height, years training, current diet.
We wont be able to help you in anything with little info on yourself.
