Clen/T3 Cycle, need help!!

ok so i did a lil research on here and im definatley going to do Clen and T3, now i just need to know how much mcg of each i need to start out with and how to go about upping the dosages, and i heard of 2 ways of taking clen one being 2 days on 1 day of or running it for 1 week on, 1 week off, also need help on which mild anabolic to run wit considering there might be sum muscle loss. any help would be great

not sure on the dosage but i've heard to run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. id be interested in the dosage because i plan to run this in a couple months

im planing on stacking clen and t3 with anavar . i haven't tried it yet but it seems like it would work out
