ok so i did a lil research on here and im definatley going to do Clen and T3, now i just need to know how much mcg of each i need to start out with and how to go about upping the dosages, and i heard of 2 ways of taking clen one being 2 days on 1 day of or running it for 1 week on, 1 week off, also need help on which mild anabolic to run wit considering there might be sum muscle loss. any help would be great
