Help On Proper Cycle
Hello, I am 22 years old, well fit, just finsished a cycle of A-50's And Dbol with Decca, (had propblems getting it up) about to start Test-Enth with Dbol, i wanna take 400mg a week of test, not a fan of needles, is it ok to take 200mg monday and one more dose 200mg friday, well still swollowing 40mg dinabol a day, or do i have to spread the test out?

You just finished that cycle and you're starting a new one? Did you do PCT at all?

i'd run the test 200/250mg every Mon and Thurs. run the dbol 40mg ed for 4 weeks. enjoy !

i didnt, however i split the first cycle with a friend was only on it for 4 weeks, was 141 at start and 153 at end, been 2 weeks and i feel ready to stay on this test

wow, i didnt realize that. dude you need to look in the pct forum and read !!! PCT is necessary. do more research so you dont hurt yourself. you need to look up proper cycles as well. how long have you been working out?

woah dude... deca take's a while to exit your system. 2 weeks isn't long enough. do you understand pct? how and why you need it?

just took a look at it, gets my testorone levels back to normal and my junk working properly again, my question is, is the pct a leagal buy?

not trying to bash you bro but you need to study. put your gear on hold and make sure you have PCT before you stick yourself. do you know what gyno is? do you know how to get rid of it?

We more stats.
Height, BF%, years lifting consistantly, knowledge of AAS, your diet.
Also, you went from 141-153lbs. That increase of 12lbs is water/fat weight. What you NEED to do is get to the diet section and learn how to bulk. I GAURENTEE you that if you eat one of the sample bulking diets daily you will get up to 180 fast. There will be a lot of water/fat/muscle mix but that is where you need to start off. AAS are not magic beans and you dont grow muscle out of thin air, you need a solid HUGE diet in order to build muscle.

my diet is fine, i eat non stop of pure heath foods, the joys of living with a diabitic

If you listen to anything, listen to this.
After reading this comment by you, it seems you have very little knowledge on AAS. What your friends at the gym told you is not knowledge because 90% of them dont know what their doing either and the other 10% that do keep quiet becuaes they dont want a million questions being asked while they are lifting. IF you continue going by this routine, (little to no break between cycles, no pct, deca only, etc...) you WILL end up on HRT or TRT for the rest of your life, you WILL most likely loose all motivation for training, develop gynocomastia, may even lactate, loss of libido completely, and stay at the same size/weight your are. Im not trying to flame, im being real and you need to realize this. Please stop. Research EVERYTHING. Bulk naturally until you plateau or close to. Then propose a cycle.

Have you read the sample bulking diets yet? If you are only 150lbs then no you are not eating enough to gain weight, doesnt matter if your eating healthy....healthy will not make you gain muscle, more food will. Eat big to grow big, eating huge and still eating healthy will help you gain LBM.

dude, your probably gonna try and run this cycle even though we've said not too and you'll probably end up sorry in the long run.
400/500mg test e wk (weeks 1-10/12)
40mg dbol ed (weeks 1-4)
start pct around week 14-15
i am not recommending you run this cycle because i dont think you have trained properly or know enough about the gear you're taking.

thats all i needed to know, gonna get pct and reshearch more on what effects my body with have, training is not a issue, im very fit and athletic
