Ok guys, I know I probably ask some of the same questions over and over, but there's no harm in making sure I have this right.....
I just finished my cycle of T200/EQ/Winny. Need to cut some post-cycle fat. I'm sure you guys know about my cycle from the diary...Anyways......
I am starting Clen tomorrow. I have the 40mcg Clen tabs from a Chinese Labratory ( Not ** ). Last time I took clen, I had 20mcg Spiropent tabs, and I worked up to 6 per day. I think I could handle more than that.
I plan on running my clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off using hydroxicut.
I am going to run it 8 weeks, total of 4 weeks on Clen.
Here are the questions:
1) Can I go up to 4 tabs per day ( 160mcg ) ?
2) How much cardio is TOO much cardio? I do NOT want to spare much mass/strength. I was thinking 30 min 3-4x/week.......
