    how much do i take it at

    Honestly, if you have questions as basic as this about tren hex (Parabolan ), I'd recommend hitting the PCT and steroid profile forums.
    Not trying to come off like an ass, but you really owe it to yourself and your body to learn all you can through research and then make your own choices.
