So i had an order that was sapposed to arrive within approximately 10-20 days, yeasterday was day 20, should I freak out? or is this common when ordering online?

Well, freaking out will do you no good in any case. Keep waiting, day 30 then you need to contact the people you are doing business with.
Other then that, these type of questions should stay off this board

10-20 buisness days....or 10-20 days....
makes a big DIFFERNECE
the times i have ordered offline it has taken up to 2 weeks more than they say and sometimes 2 weeks less...just depends...espcially if it is coming from another country.
