    few questions/help

    i've been traing on/off since i was 15 now i'm 28 never cycled anything. my set point weight is 240-250 . few years ago i completely stopped weight training increased cardio and decreased calories as well dropped down to 200 lbs. lowest weight since 8 th grade(big boned)... to make long story short over the last 2 years i balloned with weight training(on/off)and shitty diet to 310 (i'm 6'3)
    but my issue has always been i had the strength but lacked size. i've been traing routinely last 5 weeks good diet and i put on 9 lbs with protein and creatine but stil no signs of growth but strength increase... i'm looking to take hgh cycle in a month or two will a cycle of hgh be substantial to help me get cut and grow? also, i noticed on the banner of hgh pills are they harmful to the liver as opposed to pins.morover, once i lower my triglercyeds i was thinking of taking clen. just need some guidance.if i get flamed so be it.

    Real hgh is only injectable, if your looking to run it than that is what you should look for, and your going to need to run it min 6 months to acheive noticable fat loss.

    welcome to AR!

    first off, I'm glad you asked for guidance...so, ahem, let me guide you

    - 5 weeks of a good diet/exercise program does not classify you for hGH usage..or any sort of gear for that matter... these should only be considered after at least a solid year of good diet and exercise.
    - just how "good" is your diet? post it in the diet forum and we'll assess it.
    - hGH for fat loss is like using a golden shovel to remove snow off your driveway... pointless, really, unless you like flushing money down the toilet... a good diet and exercise regimen works best. hGH for muscle gain is best at doses north of 5ius a day for atleast 20 weeks... thats alot of money and should only be considered after you're near your genetic/physiological/natural limit...
    - You can take clen but be sure to research it thoroughly before you do. Also, try to bring yourself down to at least 13-15% (the lower naturally the better) BF before using clen as it should be viewed as a drug to give you an edge to your fat loss but not the reason for it.

    thnx fellas.i weighed myself today 314/22%bf..... as for diet im trying to stay aroung 2000-2500 calries(chicken,salmon,tuna spinach 2 slices bread)... last time i lost that wight i was taking in about 1000 calories and doing nothin but caedio .thats were i lost significant muscle loss.once again, i get strong quick but i feel i have no size.but good points about the hgh never thought it would take that long.
