redness and bump around inject area

I injected on my left shoulder, now my shoulder and upper bicep is a bit red and I feel a bump in there and my arm is sore. It feels more like if my muscle got brused or something.

what do you think?

No it's not hot in that area, or do feel sick. just red and a bump that's kinda long. thats all

dude, it goes away. Every time i do my shoulder or upper but inject it gets really sore and i get a lump. Ive had lump and redness for 6-8 days at times. (thats just from my experience.
