A thought: Mental aspect to injuries (wanted to post in this forum!)
Hey fellas-
I'm sure this isn't a revolutionary idea or anything, but I was just thinking about this and wanted to share and get input.. I have had real bad elbow problem's for a few years.. Over the summer I had that really neat A.R.T Therapy and really tried to work through it to make them stronger... The long and short of it is that they ended up getting like 90% better! But during the end of this transition my shoulders started hurting me. Because of the injuries I get super cautious AND WORRIED about it, and look for pain 24/7...
Well I spent so much time worrying about the shoulder twinge, that I stopped paying attention to my elbow!! Now sure it would heal 100% because of mental aspects, but I wonder if me not worrying about it helped me to come to grips with it healing!!!!! Any thoughts???
