    EQ & "Wind"

So EQ is supposed to significantly increase your red blood cell count as I understand it -- and red blood cells are the cells which transport oxygen in your body.

May be a stupid question -- but does EQ have a positive (or negative) effect on cardio ability? (I.E. You can run more because you dont run out of breath so fast, etc.)

I took a trip to Aspen this winter which is pretty high elevation so there is less oxygen in the air, and when I came back I could run farther than ever before without getting out of breath because I was used to making do wiht less oxygen in my blood -- but that gradually slowed back to normal unfortunately.

Seems to me like with more RBC's you would have better utilization of the existing oxygen in the air so could be sort of the same thing?

Feel free to point and laugh if I'm way off....

Not all steroids do this, quite a few actually have a negative affect on red blood cell generation (ie. dbol).

Holy crap! You can feel the effects for 3-6 months! I'd hate to dose it wrong.

....right, and it doesn't kick in till week 3, so you won't know if you overdid it or not until it's too late, that would suck.
