So I'm on my 4th week of Sus. I've been doing the inj in my glutes so I decided to try it in the delt. It hurt so much more than the ass, I don't think I'll ever do it again. How painful are the leg inj's? So far the glute is the least painful.

its hard to inject yourself in the delt because you could only use 1 hand. Leg is the easiest to do. If you inject the right spot, it doesn't hurt.

I like leg injections the best. They are pretty much painless depending on what your shooting, and you can use two hands. Thats helps alot. Keeps that needle from moving around inside the muscle.
