Welcome to AR! What you need is a proper bulking diet, not AAS. You are not gaining weight becuase you either A. have no diet, or B. your diet was made to maintain not gain. Do not even begin to tell me that no matter how much food you eat you dont gain becuase you have a high metabolism cus im not going to buy it. I HAVE a high metabolism yet Im wei***ng in at roughly 194ish at 5'8" and 10% BF. Its all about proper nutrition and how to eat correctly. The reason why you gain weight then drop it on the creatine is due to water retention. If you use AAS all you will due is gain MORE water weight and drop back down to size once your complete with a cycle. If you look in my signature (at hte bottom of my post) you see a link which will direct you to the diet section. Look there at the sticky threads on how to bulk.

Youll get there bro, just keep at it with a good bulking diet and you'll be amazed! Before you gain tho, you really should enter that contest just to hold the record.

i tryed looking at it but theres so much info....can u just break it down for me...during the week anyway(at work 830-5)..my diet consist of 2 large donuts at about 11, a spicy chicken meal at burger king around 230, and whatever random foods i can find at home when i get home from work around 530...can u tell me what and when i should eat...like earlyer in the morning, or right b4 bed..those kind of things...instead of hitting me with numbers of calories and such...thanx....

also y not take steriod ? u dont think they would help someone in my position and size...bc im obviously strong at lifting well over 2x my body weight...but i need size(and a cut) to match it

Muscle does not appear out of thin air, remmeber that becuase AAS are not magic beans. You need calories, protein, carbs, etc... to use to grow muscles. AAS will speed this process up in which your body synthasizes protein in order to grow. Your current diet sucks plain and simple as the only think youll gain from it is fat. Numbers and calories are what you need to look at in order to grow, not what foods to eat. There are sample sticky threads up top in the diet section but i will post them for you to make it easier.

This one is my favorite as it explains a lot for bulking AND also has an EXTREME bulking diet posted by BDTR which im trying next.
UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet...

This next sticky will basically show you why you need to eat to get big and how it works...this one you really should focus on...
Hardgainer? Can't gain weight? READ THIS!!!

Once you have a diet in place and start eating correctly and gaining and have gained quite a bit, then come back and think about a cycle. You may have to tone down the bulking diet to your body and how you are gaining muscle/fat. Too much fat and you may have to cut back on some cals and then adjust as you grow. Its not overnight easy to gain muscle here, it takes a lot of time/work/dedication to get where you want.

Maybe it is maybe it isnt. I know a lot of strong underweight individuals so it is possible. (although he may be exageratting the bench part) But thats not what were looking at here. Your post however is borderline flaming, he is looking for help as most individuals do, we point him in the right direction so he can pull himself through so choose your words wisely and edit it. I dont turn down anyone that needs advice, only point them in the direction they need. Stick around a bit and you'll see that there are more people than you think that dont know about diet and think AAS does it all. Its up to us to enlighten them.

I'm all about advice... obviously more so on the diet side as I have yet to do AAS (still researching). Just got me all worked up when he descibed what he supposedly calls a diet and wants to throw AAS on top of that!? Seems so rudimentary - I really hope its a joke, thats all.

Hey no problem! I can gaurentee you that youll gain very fast as myself and all other members with a proper bulking diet (mine was dirty as hell and i gained fat/muscle/water but was happy....weird i know) have gained very fast when starting out on trying to gain weight. It takes some time getting used to by well worth it!

i wasnt saying it was a joke about anything but the diet. i mean jesus just think if you actually had a diet in place you could do whatever you wanted without gear. then when you cant get any bigger you juice. bro check out the diet forum there is a great video with milos sarcev. it is very inforamitive and you could add that to the other links..........So you wanna learn how to Diet?

No. You would shit it out.

Your body needs whole food, as in chicken, beef, turkey, venison, etc.... WHOLE FOOD not shakes. Shakes just help a bit if you are in a bind but IMO are only good if you combining them with a carbs. Even then you shouldnt rely on shakes for your protein source otherwise everyone and their brother would be getting huge and they are not.
