so im still confused about this, what will happen if i do 500mg/week of test e instead of 250mg 2 times a week?

well since you want your blood levels to stabilize id imagine twice a week would help. But all in one shot will still work too

results most likely wont be different but by not keeping the hormone levels stable it could lead to worse acne and maybe even gyno. this is what most users report everybody is different

by spliting the dosage (injections) it keeps your blood level more stable, less sides, and youll feel it quiker! as far as results thatll depend on you.

Agreed. Ifyou are gyno prone then it will increase your risk of getting it. If you are acne prone then it will increase your risk of getting more. Reason its recomended to split up the shots into 2 times a week is to achieve less sides. As stated tho, one injection per week of test E will work.

i wouldnt recommend running deca with tren....

Running deca and tren together can be done without all these consequences everyone is talking about. As long as each dose is resonible and would equal the dose of one compound by itself. If you dont have any problems with running 500mg tren per week then you would be fine running 250mg deca and 250mg tren per week but you better have some test to accompany.

If its your first cycle then I would just run the test E as youll get great gains off it ANd you will know how test affects you alone. Then for a second cycle you could run the deca with the test as you already know how test affects your body and now will be experiencing deca as well. One at a time bro, more is not better.

just wondering tho, if i wanted to include deca in a cycle of test e would i do something life this:

Monday - 250 mg test e + 400 mg deca
Thursday - 250 mg test e

I discourage deca for a first cycle. When it's time, you can just shoot the deca and test together in the same syringe so you pin some of each twice a week.

my bad u know what it was.. i thought he meant if hes splitting the does of tren e into two shots... like previously discussed... and then adding deca to that cycle, i read it wrong my bad... but thats where my thinking was.. i thought he meant running the tren e along with the deca
