    Blood Pressure, DBOL

    Hello,
Im new to signing up to these boards but Ive scanned these boards for a while.

I currently take 25 mg/day of Dbol, split up thoughout the day, 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 2 before workout and 1 at night.I started sunday, about 4 days ago and my distolic number is high. Its been 130/ 80-98ish.

I was wondering, what should I do? Should I increase my water intake or something? because to be honest, i have been lacking on the water intake and I figure that it the main problem. Is their any reg flags that I should look out for, thanks for your help.

signs of high bp can include, headaches, nose bleeds

Take Hawthorn Berry @ 2000mg everyday
and Garlic @ 2-3 times the suggested use everyday

Also, Fish Oil has been shown to regulate bp.
and your water intake should be at least 1.5 gallons, better yet, 2 gallons.

    no problem.

as far as water goes, you may think its hard to get that much, but it really isnt. I personally get a liter bottle and drink and refill, bout 6-7 times a day.
