everyone has a different body thats capable of different things and healing differently so you have to find what works best for you. average people are best working out eod or 4 days a week
4 days a week is no problem as long as you give each muscle 3 days rest before you hit it again.
ill workout 2 days take a day off then 2 more days
Remember your muscles are growing while in rest..
Limited rest time = Limited growth.
Also, fatigue is something to watch 4... I personally suffered from M.E (Chronic Fatigue) when in my late teens.. From a result of glandular fever and over doing it...
You know ya body and how you feel, just make sure you rest muscle groups and if you do start feeling worse for it, take that as a hint to back off slightly.
Watch for fatigue, good signs are lethergy, depression, decrease in strength, excessive muscle soreness, joint pain, fat gain, and raises body temp upon waking.
