    New member first cycle

    hey new member here... trying to get up to speed on this. Been working out few a few years on and off. Have not been in the gym for like 3 months besides today. Have always been on basic stuff like protien and NOxplode and creatine. want to give a cycle a try and see my gains. the wife is 3 months preggo so im allowed to do a cycle What should i be looking to take? stats are in my profile but here they are again. Fill me in guys

    a basic test e cycle is highly recommended for a first cycle, followed up by a pct.

    1-12 test e 500mg /week

    pct
    1-4 clomid 100mg ed and aromasin 25mg ed

    i agree ,
    long ester Test ( E is best ) at 500 mg is a great first cycle,and if your hard pressed on realy feeling "on" ,you could combine an oral compoud like Dbol ,but it's not critical.

    thanks for the info. Now im new to this forum. Is there a basic writeup on here or anything on what is what? I have a good buddy that was a doc setup for injection. Thats who im gonna go through, just wanted to make sure I was gonna be gettin the right stuff. fill me in on the abriv lingo...

    so when should I start? Work out for a few weeks and get back into it and then start or start right now before i get back on track? Would I still take anything beside protien? and an "test e cycle" is what?

    Work out first and proper diet to gain naturally till you hit platue.

    You don't just decide to be a professional fighter and go out and fight Mike Tyson on your first fight. You have a lot to do before you go out and fight for the title. The same goes for Anabolic Steroids. You have no idea what you're getting into, do you? One day in the gym after three months and your ready for cycle, I think not.

    i have been working out a lot the past few years. I have a high metab and always platue fast. does not matter how hard I work out I hit a peak and dont get any gains, even if I work out for a year straight. Got really sick like 3 months ago and laid off the gym till now. so its not a new game to me. just seein if i should peak out before I cycle or start from the begining with it.

    Are you cycling workouts? If not, that's probably why you're hitting plateaus. How is your diet? I'm willing to bet you could put on a large amount of weight with a natural bulking cycle.

    Please post your daily diet while you're working out so we can all point out directly why you don't see any gains.

    I do see gains, just stop gaining after a while. I cycle the methods and the way I group my lifts to keep getting sore too. let me try to list out the diet as well as I can... I work 4 - 10's for work with NO breaks at all so mon - thurs is a little hard to do right. plus I have to keep everything in my car in my lunch box on the jobsite.

    breakfast: protien bar, eggs, bagel and protien shake (cant eat too much in the morning at 4am)
    Lunch: tuna salad or chicken salad, cottage cheese, muscle milk, protien bar
    After work: protien shake
    Pre-workout: NOxplode
    After workout: protien shake W/ 5g Creatine
    Dinner: 2 chicken breasts / scrambled egg whites protien shake
    before bed: (sometime) protien shake

    Shakes are Syntha 6 and are 44g protien per shake

    in my opinon much of your diet should be solid food and not so many subsitutes like protien bars and shakes

    my weekends and fridays are a little better. I take in more solid foods that I can cook at home. That diet is mostly my 4 day work weeks. But my whole life I almost peak out about the same. Doesnt matter how hard I work and how true I keep my diet. I grad highschool at 6' 140. I have ALWAYS been a skinny tall dude so what do you think? Cycle? Do I wait till I stop gaining and then do it? Or start now? I am for sure its the only thing that will give me more gains. Tried those "GNC" test boosters and they did hardly nothin... Viraloid and T3.

    for about 6 months there I got up to 200 when I did not work out much, drank LOTS i mean LOTS of beer. Never did ANY cardio, just when on the diet listed above and lifted and went right back to my 170 and lean in about 3 months. Kept working out and still hit a peak and never gained mass.

    dont drink anymore gotta support the preggo wife!

    after reading your,your are surely not ready for a cycle.
    the most anbolic compound in the world is FOOD ,there is a reason for the saying "Eat big, get big "
    get a proper diet going on and stick to it ,before doing a cycle.

    what things would I add to my diet already in place? I want to keep my body fat down as well so I can see those lower 4 abs that faded away

    i've been on those very low fat diets and let me tell u that ur not gonna grow witout fat. u need fat. add more meals to ur diet instead of those damn protein bars which u need to discard right away. hit up the diet forum and look at some of the stickies
