I'm getting ready to do a cycle. Just want to make sure everything looks good before proceeding.
I'm 23, been training for 6ish years, 195, 33" waist, 315 bench. I've done M1T a few times, and a Prop only cycle that ended a little early because I separated my shoulder. I should be much more advanced than I am now, but my training has been constantly interrupted for school and for sports. Now that part of my life is finished, and I look forward to being able to dedicate myself to lifting permanently.
Goals: I don't care about a specific bodyweight, just want to be a little bigger, a little leaner, and much stronger. I'd like to be benching 350 if not more by July while staying lean.
Prop 75mg ED Weeks 1-6
Tren 50mg ED Weeks 1-4 (may consider bumping after two weeks, maybe not)
A-dex .25mg ED Weeks 1-6

Diet:
3500 Calories, 350 Protein, 300 Carbs, 100 Fat
All carbs will be rice/oats/pasta with the exception of PWO dextrose. Fats will be from oils, peanut butter, and beef.
Cardio - 4 mile jog first thing in the morning, 4x a week
