    6 weeker, prop/tren

    I'm getting ready to do a cycle. Just want to make sure everything looks good before proceeding.

    I'm 23, been training for 6ish years, 195, 33" waist, 315 bench. I've done M1T a few times, and a Prop only cycle that ended a little early because I separated my shoulder. I should be much more advanced than I am now, but my training has been constantly interrupted for school and for sports. Now that part of my life is finished, and I look forward to being able to dedicate myself to lifting permanently.

    Goals: I don't care about a specific bodyweight, just want to be a little bigger, a little leaner, and much stronger. I'd like to be benching 350 if not more by July while staying lean.

    Prop 75mg ED Weeks 1-6
    Tren 50mg ED Weeks 1-4 (may consider bumping after two weeks, maybe not)
    A-dex .25mg ED Weeks 1-6

    PCT
    Clomid 100 Day 1-11, 50 Day 12-21
    Nolva 40 Day 1-11, 20 Day 12-21
    A-dex .25 Day 1-21
    Clomid

    Diet:
    3500 Calories, 350 Protein, 300 Carbs, 100 Fat
    All carbs will be rice/oats/pasta with the exception of PWO dextrose. Fats will be from oils, peanut butter, and beef.

    Cardio - 4 mile jog first thing in the morning, 4x a week

    id run the tren for the entire 6 weeks mate..............

    any reason for the short cycle not that ive got anythin against short cycles......
    personally for a 1st i will always advocate a test only cycle,tren for a 1st can be pretty harsh..............

    im not telling you to do this without knowing much about you but a prop, tren, halo stack would make anyone strong as hell. the prop and tren will definatly get you strong, hard and add a few lbs of quality muscle as well. i didnt notice you only had the tren for 4 weeks, i would definatly run it the entire time as well. if this is your first i would drop the tren

    I've use M1T before, 1st real cycle was going to be Prop only for 6 weeks but I got hurt about halfway through. I didn't have any bad sides though, which is why I opted to add a second compound.

    I wanted to use short esters so if there are any unbearable sides I can stop the cycle, but I haven't had any sides from anything I've done before.

    I think as a "first" timer it will be easier for me to really concentrate on cardio/diet for 6 weeks as opposed to dragging out a sloppy 12 weeker although I don't plan on coming off my diet at all. It's just easier to make short term goals, and then evaluate my progress, with the shorter cycle.

    change of plans. i would either run a prop or test enth cycle since its pretty much your first

    Thanks for the tip, but I'm going to stick to two compounds at this time. I was thinking the tren sides might be worse than prop, so stopping it short (as seemed to be recommended by Alex and Marcus, who started the short cycle threads) seemed to be wise. Maybe not though. Are the doses good? The original Prop cycle was 525/wk.
