    Can someone please help?

    Hi am 19 so my body has not fully developet yet, but I have bought some pure methalated 1 testosrone and before i start my cycle I was worndoring if taking it so young will harm my bodys development?

    In my personal opinion there is no reason to cycle at such a young age. Your natural testosterone level is quite high, if you are having trouble gaining it is likely due to other factors. What are your stats?
    Height?
    Weight?
    Body fat%?

    To young, I made the mistake of taken a cycle at your age. Wait a few more years’ bro, at that age you’re not responsible enough to take steroids. Not trying to put you down just telling you from personal experience. Start researching, and focus on your diet and workout plan.

    am 6ft and way 11.10st with 10% body fat

    I think your problem is your diet and your test levels, I would do a lot more reading about diet and put in check. Best of the luck to you

    164 pounds. been followin a strict diet with massive protein intake for a quite a while and dont seem to be gaining any weight.

    thats what everyone says until they post their diets and see that it isnt as good as they thought it was

    I didn't know those measurements were stone and lbs, I don't get out much. Regardless, 19 years old, 6' and 164lbs is no position for a cycle, in my opinion.

    a tipical day would include oats with skimed milk and a scoop of protein at 8am. at 10 a wholemeal pitta stuffed with a chiken breast and salad and an apple. at 12.30 the same as 10am but with a low fat yought. at 3pm a maximuscle cyclone shake and another after traing at 6pm. at 7.30pm fish with brown rice and veg. at 10.30 rivitas with cottage cheese/fish or a protein shake. also drink 5 liters of water

    theres no secret on how to diet. if u eat 6-7 steady meals wit a protein/carbs/fat ratio of around 45/45/10 u'll gain weight i dont care who u are unless ur me and do shit loads of runnin
