    How often should I train the same muscle per week while on 750 mg / sustanon 250?

    I plan to take my first cycle soon and I was wondering; should I train the same muscle groups once a week like I normally do or could I move up to 2 or 3 times a week?
    Additionally, what would be acceptable amount of time for this much sustanon 250. I have 21 amps and was planing on doing 7 weeks @ 750 mg but would 6 weeks or 8 weeks be better?

    I would go at least 8 weeks, would prefer more.
    I train the same on cycle or off, to avoid over-training. Not only your muscles need to recover, but also your central nervous system.
    What is your planned pct?

    I am of 29 years of age; I have been training for 10 years natural. I plan to take 20 mg of nolvadex on cycle eod and I plan to start pct @ 2 weeks post cycle with nolva and clomid. Run for 5 weeks.

    go with 8 weeks . i prefer to run longer tho.

    Good call. Just be wary of over-training and find what works for you, when I hit a muscle group properly it's usually 4 or 5 days before I could train it with the same intensity again.

    i only do one muscle group once a week. unless i just get a wild hair and go into the gym on an off day and ill do cardio and random muscle groups (usually the one that i feel i didnt go a good job on or the ones that feel the best)

    big, you notice that its about those same rest periods on cycle? I think i pushed too hard while on lately... slowing to once every 5 days now... see what happens.

    im the same way. i train each muscle group every 5 or 6th day when im on because i hit them very hard. as for your 7 week cycle of sust, i would up that to about 10 weeks because your going to just start seeing good results and its going to be time to quit

    Usually while on I feel like I'm recovered and could train sooner, but in years gone by I've notice that cycling the same and dieting the same I actually seemed to gain less when I trained too frequently. I love to lift, so it takes more discipline for me to stay out of the gym on rest days than it takes some people to make themselves go on lift days.

    im running into the same thing... my connective tissue and cns cant keep up with the muscle growth, so staying out of the gym is harder than going... ive lowered my test dose from 800 to 450 a week, kicked the diet into a better gear, backed off on workouts and upped the intesity a bit, and boom, the weights are goin up even easier, and adding more weight again after my plateau... bench hit 245 for sets 2day, a good thing for me lol
