I plan to take my first cycle soon and I was wondering; should I train the same muscle groups once a week like I normally do or could I move up to 2 or 3 times a week?
Additionally, what would be acceptable amount of time for this much sustanon 250. I have 21 amps and was planing on doing 7 weeks @ 750 mg but would 6 weeks or 8 weeks be better?
