Dosage dependent on Bodyweight?

Please help with some questions Ive been having a hard time finding an answer to.

-Is determining the dosage of AS to use dependent on ones bodyweight? Lets says for example, someone like me who is only 5'4 160lbs, do I need to take the reccomended 600mg of EQ per week to see the full benefits or would a lesser dose like 500mg be enough since it would save me money and from getting negative side effects of overdose. Would it be the same for Test-E from 500mg to 400 per week?

-Also, the recommended cycle length for EQ with test is no less then 12 weeks but have heard that 12 weeks is still to short and the butter is around 14-16 weeks. What have your experience been with EQ past 12 weeks?

BTW I won't be running any cycle for a long time since im still trying to learn as much as I can.

dont know about eq, but 500mg test a week would be ideal for that weight.
