30lbs is a lot to gain while on AAS. The majority of it will be water and fat retention. The only thing that is going to help your sprint speed is training and more muscle. Train the new muscle as you would normally and youll get there. Your not going to be that quick being bloated with 30 extra lbs of water/fat/minimul muscle. It takes time.

When I first started my cycle I noticed I cut my 5k runs down by over a minute. However, since I was bulking, I put on weight and my time slowly started to creep up again.
Depending on the gear you use, you can increase your speed. However stuff like tren will actually destroy your aerobic performance.

20lbs, nope.
Like I said, you need estrogen for muscles to grow, too much estrogen and youlll lessens gains by a bit. But 20lbs of muscle is not going to happen whether taking an AI or not, sorry.

oh no i was just wondering if i put on 20lbs with little water reteniton and some fat it i could increase speed.
have you ever tried it or know someone that has alot of knowledge about speed. i've been a speed trainer for 4 years know and know how to build it to your maximum potential but never to someone on the juice. wonder how hard its going to be.

imo. i dont think u will be able to gain that much mass and run the same speed. lots of training and proper pct and diet will help. i know you know this but when your cycle ends you will lose some of that strenghth and its gonna take you some time to gain speed and train your body to run faster with the added new water/muscle gains. my bro runs track and he never goes into a cycle lookin to gain that much mass and increase his speed in such a quick and dramatic way. usually a whinny cycle.during the cycle i believe you will run as fast or a bit faster but once the cycle stops you will loose some and have to tarin your body to run as fast with the added weight.

with time. of course you can put on more muscle. 20 lbs. and run faster but a quick cycle boost is not going to keep you that speed for long.

yea i feel ya. that doesn't make any since. how can you run faster when your heavyier and run slower when your lighter i'd say thiers a error in the sprint training. just dont see how thats possible. but i guess well see. i'll do some times before i start and throught the juice process and after im done and i'll put my training up too. so wish me luck then.

if you run a 5.3 now then no steroid in the worl will make you run a 4.3. that is genetics bro and drugs wont change it. i can see if your already running a 4.4 and you start training hard and using some steroids you might be able to bring it down to a 4.3 but steroids wont just make a slow person fast

I beg to differ. Increasing muscle mass with UNDOUBTEBLY increase performance, speed, agility, etc.. if he trains correctly. We are all learning that some of the top olympic track atheletes have used or are using AAS. These have increased their performance.. I understand is has been hard work and dedication on their part but adding AAS to the mix surely gets them better results.

What are your times right now? i don't know where the 5.3 speed came into play...if you train right and you're actually going for speed then yeah you will be able to drop your time, however, if you're bulking up, i'd say probably not..good luck tho

Shoot IntenseAthlete a PM as he is into speed/agility athletics so he would be your best bet.
