    How does this look

    Hey guys been a while since I posted but its time to get lean for the summer and I want to get some opinions on my plan. Right now I am 6'0 240lbs, definetely a bit chunky(kinda let it go for a little while). I started a keto diet, its really the only one that works for me since I like to eat and cutting calories never seems to work out for me. I was gonna start a clen/t3 in about a month or when I lose 20lbs. I was also gonna run a half cc of this test and eq combo at 100mg of each a week to help with muscle retention. After that I want to do a cutter. I need to have little to no bloat with this and this is what I had in mind:
    week 1-12 100mg/d prop
    week 1-12 75mg/d tren
    week 7-12 50 mg/d winstrol
    week 13-16 pct
    I would do armidex as well to help with the bloat. I have done about 6 cycles before and I am 29 if that helps as well. Any opinions?

    I don't think 100 mg/day is a good idea for getting lean. i did the same cycle years ago. Im pretty sure 50 mg a day is good for the cycle. tren and winny are right on. make sure you have a post cycle tren is harsh

    what is your BF%? You plan on going chunky to lean and ripped by summer time? Well you better bust your ass in the gym my friend as its not going to happen overnight. Personally the cycle is too much. What is your cycle experience? IT seems that your thinking that these compounds stacked would give you the resutls your looking for but remember more is NOT better. keep your diet spot on (if it is spot on you shouldnt have a problem loosing weight while doing cardio and adding clen.) A low dose of test while trying to cut this fat before your cycle? NOPE! Too much for you, seems your trying to take the easy way out of getting lean. Ditch the T3, stick with the clen, your diet, and cardio. When did you start this keto diet and how long have you been going to gym as well as using this diet for?

    My bf % right now if I had to guess is probably around 22%. I have done a few cycles before, started with 500mg test and 25mg/d dbol for the first 4 weeks. Did test and equipoise after that. And I have done test, tren and winstrol a few times. I have been on this diet for 2 weeks now and have already lost 13lbs. I have used the diet with great success before. I have been lifting since I was 19 with a few times falling off the wagon. I have been back in the gym for about 6 weeks now after a 3 month layoff. The test before the cycle was just for muscle preservation while taking t3. I lift 5 times a week and do cardio in the am before I eat. Hope this helps.
