I am in my 4th week now. Modest gains. 8 lbs. but not "popping" out.

you should be seeing goog results by week 2 and then its fully kicked by about 5th week
yer the short esters kick in around weeks 1.5-2 and the other 2 around weeks 3-4
how many mgs are you running per week
That is what I thought.
However, I just reviewed some of my old notes from a cycle i did about 2 years ago....and it looks like week 7 was when the sus REALLY KICKED IN. THat is when i felt "different" walking around in normal clothes. Getting pumps from fixing my shoelaces. THat rediculously jacked feeling some of us know and love.
i see sust start up within the first few days. water starts to hold. i take it every 3 days, 250ml a shot. how much you takin? 8 pds in that time is not a lot at all... im wondering if your diet/training routines are good... or if the sust is good.

Maybe I am not doing enough, and should increase to 250 E3D.
I am on a 11 week cycle. 8 lbs in 4.4 weeks....could translate into a 25 lb cycle. I am pessimistic, but that is my nature.
Diet is......an miniumum, 200G-250G of protein a day, 3500-400 Calories
Fat ratios are no important to me. I am not looking to cut.
