    AR-R Clen Question

    I just received my order and got the liquid clen. The bottle is a 30ml bottle and each ml is 200 mcg. I am confused about how many squirts of the bottle is a ml. Can anyone help me out. Lets say I want 60 mg the first day, how many squirts would that be? Thanks in advance guys!!

    Each squirt = 0.1 ml. So each squirt is 20mcg. Better yet, go get an oral syringe for better dosing.

    I just use the spray pump ... 3 sprays =60mcg 4=80mcg so on and so fourth. Great product by the way
