proposed cycle Test e and equipoise

Im 21 yrs old 5 ft 11 inchs and weigh 180 pounds with 13 bf

the cycle i was thinkin ov was Test e and Equipoise at 250 ml each a week for ten weeks, with propecia and nolva at hand,

My pct I had planned was simply going to be nolva 40/40/20/20 two weeks afta my last injection with some hcg mayb

also i knw people say dat u got use higer dosages but in that book chemical wizadry it says it shud be fine at those dosages??

And ne 1 got ne ideas what sort of gains im lookin at? thanx

for a first cycle it doesnt look bad ur running low doses of both but id consider uping the eq most guys run 400-600.. where its ur first how bout 1 and a half ccs that will bring u 2 375..(guessing u got 250per) mabye even do the same with the test..Its been so long since my first i dont remember what i ran for test first time..Id c other guyz takes on it 2...
