Cutting advice please...

I am 37 5'11 175 11% bf

Finishing up the following:

12 weeks:

test-e/EQ (500/600)

Nolva and HCG for PCT planned.

My questions are...

1. If I want to use winny to cut, when should I start it? Should I stack it with other stuff? How long should I take it?

2. Any other stuff besides diet and cardio and ECA that anyone can suggest for cutting?

I have heard mixed results from a product called Helios. Active ingrediance are clenbuterol 40mcg/ml and Yohimbine 5.4 mg/ml. It is stated that it is a site specific fat loss. Some people say it works while others say it helps aid fat loss but is not site specific.

My boy is on a cycle of winny right now, said its good stuff. I will see if i cant find out his cycle for you.

i am looking to use winny for the first time ,i am 4 days into cycle and it looks like this

weeks 1-12 250mgs sustonon every 3rd day

weeks 9-14 50mgs injectable winny every day

i read that winny can give some very goodsolid results if you want to cut up your gains towards the end of your cycle ,with a low body fat and good clean diet should really get some great solid lean cuts with the winny....

50 mgs ed for 5-6 weeks should be good for first time users(inject or oral)

Bro,go ahead and do it now...why would you do pct and then shut yourself down again??..is the winny injectable or oral??..Diet and cardio will get you there bro...the compounds just help.

yea you will still need it. you definatly cant just run winny for pct. try looking into the pct section bro, there is some good info there that helped me out before

Understood. I guess what I mean is if one does a cycle of Winny alone - does that alter natural hormone levels to where a post cycle would be needed?
